London, 10th of December 2025, Tioopo Capital, the operations-first private equity firm focused on niche industrial SMEs in the UK and France, announces the acquisition of Vectayn Ltd, a UK engineering consultancy recognised for its expertise in computer-aided engineering (CAE), composite analysis and structural simulation.

The acquisition strengthens Tioopo's strategy to build a group of high-performance industrial and engineering businesses anchored in deep technical capability. It follows Tioopo's acquisition of Tecniq earlier this year, a key engineering partner to McLaren and Aston Martin's low-volume halo and ultra-luxury programmes.

Founded in 1991, Vectayn is regarded as one of Britain's leading specialists in predictive analysis and advanced product development. With an in-house team of experienced Engineers, the company serves an established client base comprising major UK, European and US Automotive OEMs. Vectayn's expertise extends to aerospace, defence and Government programmes including HVM solutions.
